Does the term "Evolve or Die" do anything for you? Read on if you are awakening to or already woke to this concept.

I've been able to find my sweet spot in the business world as I've started, grown, turned around, and even been part of exits on multiple businesses from start-ups to $100MM ventures. There are:

1) Startups that need to figure out a lot and are strained by resources to get traction;

2) Multi-million dollar ventures with some foundation and traction, but need to work on taking the company/division to the next level;

3) Large corporations (particularly public companies) that have hit their stride, diversified in many ways, but their size (read "red tape") and short term obligations seem to hinder pro-active and organic transformational activities beyond that of acquisitions.

Yes, there are a lot of other examples on either side with angel/venture backed startups and large companies that stay true to the entrepreneurial mindset, particularly in the digital tech world. But I'm speaking to the 80% of companies that fall into the 3 categories above.

Well Level4 Growth(TM) is focused on the sweet spot... which should be obvious, like the 3 little bears, is right in the middle. Those ultimately looking to build a Sustainable Growth Model of iterative expansion, maintenance, consolidation, reinvestment/refocus, expansion, maintenance... will have the most success in partnership with Level4 Growth.

An old, but solid article in the Harvard Business Review speaks to 5 phases of business growth and I know it applies whether a small business, large business or in between. This was the inspiration for the Level4 Growth that is focused now on taking great success and turning it into explosive growth. We all know products/services/companies that don't continue to evolve will eventually die as they pass through the 5th level of growth into the 6th level called Ossification, but let's focus first on getting your company to Take Off in Level4 Growth and building that Sustainable Growth Model.

Lesson 1 is to never leave without asking for the next step, so simply like this post if you are non-committal, or submit a request to contact@Level4Growth.com to take part in our free assessment if you are ready to Take Off.
